Yes. If you placed an order while logged in, go to your account to see the real-time status. If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order from the confirmation email or visit our order tracking page.
Yes, but only if the order has not been dispatched yet. Contact our customer support as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel it before it ships.
It is not possible to modify a completed order. If it has not left our warehouse yet, you may cancel it and place a new order. Note that items may sell out in the meantime.

A flat shipping fee of PKR 300 is charged on all orders within Pakistan.
Regular orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. During sales periods, delivery may take 7–10 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Taking care of your garments the right way keeps them looking sharp for longer. Always check the care label inside the garment before washing.
Always follow the temperature indicated on the care label. Do not assume lower temperature is always safer — some colored garments need a specific temperature to maintain their color.
Use the recommended amount of detergent. Using too much can stain fabric and cause skin irritation. Eco-labeled detergents are a good choice.
Spin clothes well before drying. Air-dry where possible and avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Sort garments by their required iron temperature. Iron clothes slightly damp for best results. Never iron directly over prints, embroidery, or embellishments.
Fully dissolve detergent before adding clothes. Wash new garments separately for the first few washes in case of color bleed.
May shrink if washed at high temperatures. Withstands ironing well. Wash colored cotton separately for the first wash. Cool, flexible and highly durable.
Shrinks at high temperatures and loses shape if hung to dry. Lay flat to dry. Good thermal insulator.
Hand wash at low temperature without spinning. Withstands ironing. Cool and pleasant to the touch.
Sensitive to heat. Wash in lukewarm water and iron at a low temperature without steam. Very durable and resistant to creasing.
Do not spin to prevent loss of shape. Has a silky feel. Handle gently as it has low resistance when wet.
